How to connect Muse to ApexGenius

Create your ApexGenius account and authorize the apps you use. Your own sign-in to each app decides the access, so the AI gets exactly what your own account can reach.

Add ApexGenius in Muse. In Muse, ask for a custom ApexGenius connector and paste the Muse setup prompt from ApexGenius API Access. Muse reads the OAuth details and shows an ApexGenius connector card. Choose Connect, then sign in to ApexGenius and approve access in your browser.

Run one safe read. Ask “How many open opportunities do we have?” and check the answer against the app before you trust it with anything larger.

Which apps can Muse reach?

Every app you connect in ApexGenius. Salesforce, n8n, and Confluence have full pair pages today; the connector directory lists the rest and their status.

How does Muse connect?

Muse builds a custom connector. Paste the Muse setup prompt from ApexGenius API Access, which carries the MCP address and the OAuth URLs. Muse shows an ApexGenius connector card; choose Connect and approve access in your browser. This is a custom connector, not a Muse directory listing.

Does each agent get its own access?

Yes. Each AI connection has its own scope: full access, read only, or a custom list of tools. Choose the saved app connections it may use. Connection-level tool and resource restrictions still apply.

Can I see what it did?

Every call is recorded with the app, the operation, the connection it used, and the result. Destructive operations are labeled, and you can set any tool to Ask me first.
