Common questions

What is an agent skill?

A folder of instructions, led by a SKILL.md file, that tells an agent how to do one job your way. ApexGenius follows the open Agent Skills format, so the same folder works in agents that read that format.

Which agents can load my skills?

Any compatible AI agent you connect to ApexGenius can list your skills and read the one that fits the job, including ChatGPT and Cursor. Each agent needs its own ApexGenius setup, and each agent decides when to load a skill.

Can I bring the skills I already have?

Yes. Upload a skill folder as a zip or paste a single SKILL.md. Reference files come along, and scripts are stored as text and never run.

Do the ten shipped skills cost extra?

No. They come with ApexGenius and show up when you connect their app. The skills you write are part of the same plan.

Where do the marketing skills come from?

The ApexGenius team wrote them from frameworks by Alex Hormozi (acquisition.com), held to our own rules: every line is about the viewer's outcome, and every reason to act now is true.

Does my chat history move between agents?

No. Conversations stay in the agent where they happened. Your connected apps and skills are what carry over.
